Common questions
Creating and running tournaments is free: schedules, results and your own tournament page included. If teams pay online through Cupify, it is free for you too and you receive the full entry fee; the team pays a small administration fee. If you take payment yourself by Swish, bank transfer or your own invoice, your first places each year are free, and after that you use tokens or the yearly subscription. See Pricing above.
Open registration to everyone, or invite teams directly. Teams sign up on your tournament page. With online payment Cupify keeps track of who has paid, reminds teams that haven't, and refunds with one click. If you take payment yourself, you mark payments as they come in. New updates never change tournaments you have already created.
