Registrations can be paid as soon as the Stripe account is connected. Before the first payout, your association's chair or treasurer verifies the account with Stripe.

Questions organizers ask
A Stripe account for your association. You start the setup from Cupify with your association's organisation number, and it costs nothing. Before the first payout, your association's chair or treasurer verifies the account with Stripe.
Yes. No setup fee, no monthly fee and no fee per payment. Cupify covers Stripe's fee, so you receive the full entry fee in every cup.
No. Tokens never expire. Buy a pack when it suits you and use it this year, next year or later.
One team in a class with an entry fee is one place. Teams in classes without an entry fee never count. A tournament uses one token per started 16 places.
Add teams whenever you like. With online payment nothing changes for you. With your own payment only the new places count: if your free places or the yearly subscription cover them, the cup simply stays open; otherwise you confirm the extra tokens first.
Tournaments it already covered keep their places. Only places you add after it has ended use free places or tokens.
